How To Order Tickets on Fenway Ticket King

To purchase tickets online at FenwayTicketKing.com, you can follow the instructions below or call our customer support team to place an order over the phone. Customer support can be reached by dialing 877-870-3649.

  1. From the home page, click on a picture of an upcoming concert or scroll down to see the Red Sox home schedule where you can click on a game you would like to see.

  3. From there you will be taken to the main page for that event. Click on one of the "Click to Buy Tickets" buttons to see all the tickets that are available for that event.

  5. You may then begin browsing tickets or using the filters to narrow down options.
    • You can narrow down tickets by price by using the Price Range feature.
    • You can narrow down tickets by the number of tickets available by using the Quantity feature.
    • You can select just E-Tickets by checking the box for E-Tickets only option.
    • You can click on sections on the interactive map to narrow down seating preferences.
    • You can sort tickets by price, row, section or quantity by clicking the heading at the top of the ticket list.
  6. Once you have narrowed down your selection for tickets, you can then click the "Buy" button to go to the checkout process.

  8. On the checkout page, confirm the details of the event (location, date, time, opponent, etc) and then select your quantity, country and delivery method. After you've made your selections, the price will be adjusted to reflect the shipping charges and total price for the order.
    • If you would like to add special instructions for the delivery, please check the box for "Add special delivery instructions to my order" and type your instructions.
    • Enter your billing information including address, contact information and credit card information. USA customers will have an option for Event Ticket Insurance which is optional. Make your selection for this to proceed.
    • Make sure to click the accept button stating that you agree to the terms and policies and you can also select or de-select the box to subscribe to our marketing emails.
    • Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next page and review your details. If some information was missed or not entered correctly, a red arrow and instructions will display on the page.
  9. Checkout
  10. After reviewing the order details, click the "Purchase" button to complete the sale. A receipt page will then appear. Print this for your records (this will also be emailed to the email address you provided). This receipt will have important order information including a contact number and email, your order number and special instructions (if necessary).
  11. Your tickets will be mailed to your address.
  12. Enjoy the event! (Optional: Repeat steps 1-10 for additional games or events!)
